Phase 5 — Evaluate and Share Success
There’s nothing that will encourage your Parent Training Center more than the testimonies of those who are benefiting from it.

Evaluate what worked and what didn’t and ask why. Good evaluation can lead to adjustments in your approach that will strengthen your work as a Parent Training Center. Parents are busy people. It’s not always easy to connect to them. But your evaluation might provide some suggestions that will work specifically for your church as you move forward.

Adjust your plans and move forward. Parents are at different places in their cycle of parenting. Sometimes things go pretty well and parents don’t look for outside help. Then comes a crisis and they want help now. By offering several different avenues for discipleship in your church, parents can find the support, encouragement, and growth necessary to help them at any stage of their child’s life.

Share Testimonies

Ask people to share what worked and tell specific stories of things that are better as a result of the discipleship programs. Share those testimonies through your communication chanels. This will add fuel to the enthusiasm for your programs and encourage you as well.
